The key to staying motivated is finding something you enjoy, which is why we offer a huge range of classes for all ages and fitness levels at RecWest Footscray.

We hold over 30 classes every week in our group fitness studios. We offer everything from high intensity workouts, to classes designed specifically for older adults and new mums. Classes range from 30 to 55 minutes, so whatever your fitness level, or however busy you are, you'll always have time to squeeze in a workout.
