Join our February Fitness Challenge to get active, stay motivated and be in with the chance of winning incredible prizes.

The February Fitness Challenge is a great way to prioritise your health and wellbeing this new year, no matter your fitness level. Our passionate trainers will support you throughout the challenge, helping you to stay motivated in a supportive and friendly environment. And because your hard work deserves rewarding, there are prizes for everyone for completes the challenge! 

 

Here's everything you need to know

Dates

Monday 3 to Friday 28 February 2025.

Your goal

Attend at least 4 gym classes per week throughout the duration of the challenge.

Prizes

Everyone who completes the challenge will win 2 weeks of free gym membership, perfect for keeping your momentum going!

There are also special prizes on offer for the top three attendees:

  • 1st place: 6-month free membership
  • 2nd place: 3-month free membership
  • 3rd place: 1-month free membership

What to expect each week

The February Fitness Challenge is packed with exciting workshops and activities designed to help you crush your goals.

Week 1: Preparation week

Kick-start your fitness transformation by meeting with one of our personal trainers.

  • Evolt scan: Assess your body composition and health metrics.
  • Fit testing: Evaluate your strength, endurance and flexibility baseline.
  • Program development: We'll create a custom workout plan tailored to your needs.
  • Goal setting: We'll help you define realistic and measurable goals for the challenge.

Week 2: Safe lifting workshop

Master gym fundamentals and build confidence!

  • Perfect your grips for various equipment.
  • Learn racking/unracking and bailing techniques.
  • Practice safe setup for exercises.
  • Improve spatial awareness in the gym.

Sessions are held on Saturday mornings and evenings.

Week 3: Nutrition workshop

Fuel your body for success with expert advice from a qualified nutritionist.

  • Learn about the fundamentals of nutrition.
  • Understand macronutrients and micronutrients.
  • Learn about meal timing and planning.
  • Balance your nutrition to complement your fitness goals.

Sessions are held on Saturday mornings and evenings.

Week 4: Longevity workshop

Learn all about long-term fitness and wellness from a fitness expert.

  • Discover injury prevention techniques.
  • Build sustainable workout routines.
  • Find out about the importance of recovery in achieving lasting results.

Sessions take place on Saturday mornings and evenings.

After the challenge: Wrap-up week

Celebrate your progress and work with your personal trainer for a final review.

  • Fit testing: Reassess your fitness metrics for improvement.
