Easier membership access is on it's way!
This new service will provide you with your own personal login to empower you with the ease and convenience of:
- online bookings (viewing your Braybrook sports bookings or Footscray group fitness classes and personal training sessions has never been easier – you can check availability and book online);
- managing your membership (you can update your details or suspend your membership online);
- making online purchases (you can visit the online shop feature to purchase single sessions).
From Wednesday 16 August 2023 you can access your customer portal whenever you need it.
You will be issued your login on Wednesday 16 August 2023 via an email with instructions on how to log in.
Please be aware
RecWest will continue to process your direct debits each fortnight. There are no additional fees or charge for this service, but please note that due to our system change, the reference on your bank statement from the debit on Thursday 24 August 2023 may be slightly different from previous transactions.
