We hold over 30 classes every week in our group fitness studios. We offer everything from high intensity workouts, to classes designed specifically for older adults and new mums. Classes range from 30 to 55 minutes, so whatever your fitness level, or however busy you are, you'll always have time to squeeze in a workout.

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity, it’s fun, low impact with great music pumping, and your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Duration: 45 mins
This class is designed around the education of the diverse forms of lifting and moving. This class will assist not only your training but also you're everyday life movements. Duration: 45 mins
This class is designed to work on stability, which promotes good posture in everyday functions such as sitting, walking, and standing while allowing better technique in compound lifts, such as squats & deadlifts. Duration: 45 mins
