Training Philospohy

The body was designed to move, your job is to find the ways you like to do that. Lift, run, dance, swim or walk - just do what feels good. As a trainer it's my job to give you the right tools and techniques to make sure you get optimal results out of it.
Motivation is what gets you started, consistency is what gets you results
